We want you to love your smile. If you're not satisfied with your Oralvyn purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@oralvyn.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive the return (or, for hygiene items opened and used as directed, once your request is confirmed), your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- The 30-day window starts on the day your order is delivered.
- Unopened items can always be returned. For opened hygiene products (whitening gels, strips, mouthwash), we honour the guarantee if the product didn't meet your expectations after use as directed.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Defective or incorrect items are returned at our cost and replaced or refunded immediately.
- Refunds cover the product price and original standard shipping.
EU right of withdrawal
If you're in the EU, you additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends beyond this legal minimum.
