Track your order
Every Oralvyn order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours:
- Check your shipping confirmation email — it contains your personal tracking link (sent within 1–2 business days of ordering).
- Click the tracking link to see your parcel's live status and estimated delivery date.
Can't find your email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Oralvyn.
- Still nothing? Email us at support@oralvyn.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we'll send your tracking link within 48 hours.
Tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. If it hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
