Free shipping on all orders over €40. Orders under €40 ship at a flat €4.95.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

• Portugal & Spain: 3–6 business days
• France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands: 4–8 business days
• Italy, Austria, Ireland: 5–9 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

Delivery estimates start from dispatch, on business days. During sale periods, allow 1–2 extra days.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking — the link arrives in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU incur no additional charges. For non-EU destinations, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
