Oralvyn products are cosmetic oral-care products for home use. They are not medical devices and do not replace professional dental care. Always read and follow the included instructions. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have existing dental conditions (including crowns, veneers, or braces), consult your dentist before using whitening products. Discontinue use if you experience irritation.

2. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud).

3. Shipping & delivery

4. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — full details in our Refund Policy. EU customers additionally retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Results disclaimer

Whitening results vary by individual, depending on the nature of existing stains and consistency of use. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of specific results.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
